Justin Nedrow is a Jacksonville-based photographer who started volunteering for Spinnaker in 2020 and recently graduated in spring 2023 with a degree in sports management from the University of North Florida. Taking hundreds, if not thousands, of photos, Justin has helped Spinnaker reporters cover everything from sports games, protests, ordinary campus life and more. Photography is a passion project for Justin, one he started to meet new people and express himself without words.

The Florida State University System Chancellor Raymond Rodrigues also spoke at the ceremony. The model for student success must be “unrelenting,” said Chancellor Rodrigues, expressing confidence in Limayem’s ability and the president's high goals.

Jacksonville City Council President Terrance Freeman spoke at the ceremony. President Freeman said that he is “deeply passionate” about UNF and grateful to the university for its military support. He welcomes Limayem to North Florida and is excited about the future.

Mahalia White, a UNF graduate student, communication major and volleyball student-athlete was the inauguration's master of ceremonies. Opening the ceremony, she told the crowd of her fight with and victory over cancer and why UNF is important to her.
